I became borderline obsessed with Adele’s nails (and hands). Her and I are kind of like sisters, but I can’t sing, I’m Black, and not nearly as fashionable…and there and we’re not really blood related. But after stalking watching her performances and videos, I decided it was time that I try the new-school version of pointed talons. I clipped the sides with a nail clipper and used my Relvon steel nail file to shape my nails into the rounded pointed shape. I’m not sure I feel about it just yet, but it could grow on me.
Has any celebrities influenced you to try a new trend you wouldn’t normally try?

wonderful, I’m not a fan of square nails, I always think that the shape of the free edge should match the shape of the cuticles. The pointy nails are a new trend though aren’t they.
I love square nails. I know a few girls that still follow that rule, but for the most part we love to experiment

I LOVE your nails! I wish I could grow my nails out that long! Work (hairstylist) stops me from doing so, the nails would get in the way.

I recently cut all my nails down but I couldn’t get them the square shape you had before to save my life! The like to round off so they looked like the shape you have now…
Not a huge fan of the round tips mainly because of my hairstylist who shaped them that way once and it was a pain when she was braiding my hair. :/ other than that though, I love square tips
Thankfully I don’t braid but when I decide to go back into skin care I’d have to have them cut down as low as possible
